JemFlex is a high quality flexographic printing plate composed of photopolymer layer and polyester foil support. The plate is flexibile, highly resilient,
dimensionally stable and uniform in thickness.

“ALT” Airless Mounting Tape

This tape has been developed in order to solve bothering problems of air bubbles in between the plate support foil and the plate cylinder surface or the plate mounting carrier foils.
Adhesives of both face and back have differfent strength that has made easy to remove from the cylinder.

“Uni-Ply” Cushion Back

The cushion back is made of polyurethane open cell foam having extremely long performance of excellent resiliency and therefore good for uniform ink coverage of solid as well as line works.
We have both single face(SF) and a unique cuchion back which is double face(DF) having dual foam layers of different hardness face and back with polyester foil in the center.
The DF type cushion back is available now only from us in the world.
The foam is available in three different shoare A durometers, grey(10 degrees), blue(15 degrees) and yellow(25 degrees).
