The ECOGLOSS Series of inks has been developed by Martínez Ayala S.A. in collaboration with the University of Murcia (UMU) and the Technological Institute of Optics, Colour and Image (AIDO) of Valencia.

High intensity and colour strenght:

The ECOGLOSS Series inks have one of the highest colour densities of any product in the market, allowing the printer to save up to 30% on ink consumption an so reduce production costs.

Thanks to this colour density ECOGLOSS eliminates problems tipically encountered when working with ink weights.

High gloss:

The ECOGLOSS Series brings together high gloss and high quality resulting in vibrant images.

Reduction in drying time:

The ECOGLOSS Series includes a new catalytic system which enables the ink surface to dry more quickly thus reducing drying times and enabling a quicker turn-round.

Rub Resistance:

The ECOGLOSS Series has improved rub resistance for a quicker and more reliable turn-round, offering the printer improved profitability, time management, and customer service.

The chemical composition of the ECOGLOSS Series inks has sought to eradicate the use of mineral oils and volatile organic compounds (VOC's). The use of renewable vegetable oils guarantees the maximun respect for the environment without sacrificing quality and performance.

PAPER AND BOARD

UV-Paper Series

UV-PAPER SERIES is a UV curing offset ink designed for printing on paper and board. It is characterized for its high colour intensity, high gloss and an excellent definition and contrast. Furthermore it has a great rub resistant as well as really good printing properties and chemical resistances.

PLASTICS AND METALLISED PAPERS

UV-Pack Series

UV-PACK SERIES is a UV curing offset ink designed for printing on non-absorbent substrates, like plastics, foils and metallised papers. It is characterized for its high colour intensity, high gloss and an excellent definition and contrast. Furthermore it has a great rub resistance as well as really good printing properties and chemical resistances.

FLUORESCENTS

This inks are made from fluorescent pigments with a small particle size dispersed in latest-generation varnishes.

Fantasía Series

This fluorescent inks group together a series of very cright and intense special colours with good press stability, transfer and setting.

Observations

The surface to be printed must be as white as possible in order to achieve the maximum effect of the fluorescence. In poster and advertising jobs, it must be taken into account that they are inks with low resistance to light. If mixed woth other conventional inks, the level of fluorescence is decreased, and as such, rollers, ink-wells and ducts must be free from other inks.

AVAILABLE COLOURS

LEMON YELLOW, BLUEL 801, GREEN 802, YELLOW 803, ORANGE 804, RED 805, PINK 806 AND MAGENTA 807.

METALLICS

This inks have been developed with micronized pigments, in general of bronze and aluminium, in order to obtain shades with great luminosity.

Metalstar Series

METALSTAR inks are characterised by the purity and gloss of their colours, resulting in a great metallic effect on the printed stock.

Observations

Due to their combination of special metallic pigments and the dispersion technology used, our metallic inks lead the way among the products on the market. Their vacuum packaging guarantees their great storage stability, thus ensuring maximum luminosity, gloss and press stability over time.

AVAILABLE COLOURS

Besides the classic inks of rich pale gold and silver, there is also a complete series of reds, blues, greens, etc, which are basically to be found in the PANTONE® catalogue.
