It is the smallest Vega machine containing all the features of the most advanced models by means of a good range of accessories and optional equipments. The machine can be supplied with conveyor motorization, M.B.A. Mechanical Blank Alignment system for the in-line perfect blank alignment after the feeding section and a good range of accessories for special boxes. Like all the Vega folder-gluers, it is modular and, this way, it can be customized according to the different production needs. As a clear demonstration of its modularity, the Mira can be equipped with an additional module containing the helixes and the hooks of the crash lock bottom by decreasing at the minimum time change-over from standard to crash lock bottom boxes and vice versa. Easy to use, flexible and adaptable to the most various needs.

This model, produced in Italy like all the Vega line, is available in 2 sizes: 90 and 110 cm and in different configurations for the running of straight line, crash lock bottom, double wall, 4/6 corners boxes.

Like all the Vega folder gluers, it is modular and, this way, it can be customized according to the different production needs. The new electronic control system of all the functions of the machine, the so-called V.I.S. (Vega Integrated Systems) allows a perfect management of all the machine functions by means of a multipurpose touch-screen panel.

Vega can offer two kinds of correction of the blank inclination after its feeding in one sole solution. As a clear demonstration of its modularity, the Polaris can be equipped with an additional module containing the helixes and the hooks of the crash lock bottom by decreasing at the minimum time change-over from the standard to crash lock bottom and vice versa.

Positioned on the top range, the Vega Pulsar is available in three dimensions: 110 130 145 in order to satisfy the different production needs of the market of solid board (180-1000 g/m²) and of corrugated board till EB Flute. Born following the philosophy of the Italian Brand of creating flexible machineries, the Vega Pulsar is able to deal with different jobs at high production, decreasing the box change-over.

As a matter of fact, the Pulsar is suitable for obtaining the best quality in the running of blanks with the best performances. By means of the VIS System (Vega Integrated System), now standard in all the range of Vega machines, the starting-up is easier by automatically setting-up the machine for gluing the box and giving advices to the operator about the steps to follow, by means of a big touch-screen panel. The Vega Pack 44 is an intelligent semi-automatic motorized collector that can be positioned at the end of any folder gluer existing in the market. It makes the collecting of the boxes coming out of the pressure belt easier.

By means of a 90° rotation of the closed blank, the operator (or the two operators) can easily take the gone off box.

This kind of collector is perfect for people who need an important increase in the production of their gluing line without loosing time in the starting and in the settling of the collector.
