Green Frog ICP Anti-Marking Jackets

The Green Frog™ ICP Anti-Marking Jackets utilize the ICP-S material and are specially designed to adapt to all Heidelberg press models. They adapt to specific Heidelberg press models and cylinder positions without the need for additional packing or expensive press alterations. The jackets are designed to install quickly and easily onto the transfer and delivery cylinder positions utilizing the OEM clamping systems. The jackets are pre-packed using a soft, heat and solvent resistant packing material that insures proper support of the printed substrate during the transfer process. We also use precision fabricated metal parts, such as blue tempered steel and we import the proper locking pins for the SM102 jackets to insure there are no fitting issues.

ICP Product Characteristics: Transparent white colored Anti-Marking Film

Single layer coating formula to protect the silicon glass beads. The silicon coated glass beads are uniformly coated and sealed to the surface of the film base in a dense matrix.

Single (1) layer of protection; Single layer of an ink and oil resistant coating.

The ink and oil resistant top coat allows: Helps the ink repelling process.

Available in a small (smooth) or large (coarse) bead surface.

Backing: Available with or without a pressure sensitive adhesive backing.

Life Expectancy: In most applications, 1 to 3 months between replacement.

ICP-P Product Characteristics: Brown colored Anti-Marking Paper

Single layer coating formula to protect the silicon glass beads. The silicon coated glass beads are uniformly coated and sealed to the surface of the oil-impregnated calendar paper base.

Single (1) layer of protection; Single layer of an ink and oil resistant coating.

The ink and oil resistant top coat allows: Helps the ink repelling process, Oil-Impregnated Calander Paper Base helps resist moisture absorption.

Available in a small (smooth) or large (coarse) bead surface.

Backing: Available without a pressure sensitive adhesive backing.

Life Expectancy: In most applications, 1 to 2 months between replacement.

Two (2) separate layers of protection:1st layer uses an ink and oil resistant adhesive coating, 2nd layer is a silicon top coating.

The silicone top coat allows: Reduction of ink accumulation. Reduces the amount of time required for cleaning. Reduces frequency required to remove ink accumulation.

Available in a small (smooth), medium (rough) and large (coarse) bead surface.

Backing: Available without a pressure sensitive adhesive backing.

Life Expectancy: In most applications, 2 to 4 months between replacement.

ICP-S Product Characteristics; Transparent green colored Anti-Marking Film

Triple layer coating formula to protect the silicon glass beads. The silicon coated glass beads are uniformly coated and sealed to the surface of the film base in a dense matrix.

Three (3) separate layers of protection: 1st layer uses an ink and oil resistant adhesive coating. 2nd layer is a primer coating. 3rd layer is a silicon top coating

The primer coating allows the silicone top coat a firm base to adhere to, which allows: Silicon surface to last much longer. Provides a surface that resists ink accumulation. Reduces the amount of solvent required for cleaning. Reduces frequency required to remove any ink accumulation.

Available in a small (smooth) and large (coarse) bead surface.

Backing: Available with or without a pressure sensitive adhesive backing.

Life Expectancy: In most applications, 3 to 6 months between replacement.

New Light Industrial Tapes

New Light Tapes are an industrial adhesive tape/film made of Ultra-High Polymer Polyethylene. New Light Tapes are resistant to abrasion and is superior to other tapes and films made from Fluoric Resins, Nylon or other materials. New Light Tapes also provide self-lubricating capabilities and a coefficient friction that is as low as Fluoric resins, and has exceptional "slip" characteristics. New Light Tapes can also be used in a wide variety of applications requiring qualities such as superior resistance to chemicals, static electricity dissipation, liquid absorption, vibration or shock and it is non-toxic.

Features:
Abrasion Resistant New Light Tapes resistancy to abrasion is vastly superior to any other plastic material. Approximately 6 times greater than Fluoric resins and 5 times greater than Nylon and 6 times greater than Polyurethanes.

Self-Lubricating: The surface "slip" characteristics rival those of Fluoric resins and approximately twice as efficient of Nylon resins.

Shock Resistant: New Light Tapes ability to withstand shock is the highest among plastics, even at extremely low temperatures.

Chemical Resistant: New Light Tapes maintain extreme stability against most chemicals with the exception of certain concentrated inorganic acids and agents.

Non-Absorbent: New Light Tapes water absorption is less than 0.01%, about 1/10 of Nylon resins Non-Toxic Approved by the FDA and Japan Foodstuff and Hygiene Administrations

SC Anti-Marking SoftCloth

ICP-SC Product Characteristics; White colored Anti-Marking Soft-Cloth

The non-woven Soft-Cloth is applied to a polypropylene base.

Polypropylene Base; Does not stretch or shrink, requires no adjustments, provides stable surface for the non-woven Soft-Cloth.

The Soft-Cloth surface allows: Soft cushioning effect, alternative to netting or other cloth type products.

SSR Plate Liner Packing

The SSR Plate Liner Packing (Silver) is patented because is it the most unique packing developed. This material has been specially designed to reduce friction, eliminate static and allows freedom of movement when skewing plates or during auto-plate loading processes. Great for packing polyester, paper and water-less plate materials as well as traditional metal plates.

The ICP-SSR Plate Liner Packing material uses the highest grade materials available with a strict tolerance of +/- 0.01mm making it a very precise packing material.

Imaging plates are fit very tightly to the surface of the plate cylinder which can interfere with the plate skewing process. The precise silicon coated glass beads provide a friction free surface under the imaging plate that reduces potential damage caused by plate skewing and eliminates electrostatic issues during auto-plate loading and reducing wear on the servo motors.
