Our Combo is ideally suited for customers using plates with a thickness between 0.7mm and 7mm.

Usable with water, the Combo Flexo water washable SFLW Series is a really good space-saving solution for your workshop.

We have adapted the Combo Flexo water washable to the market's demand by installing a new PLC. It is now even easier to use and it offers excellent programming possibilities.

The Photomeca Combo Flexo water washable includes in only one equipment all necessary steps to produce flexographic plates with water :

• Washout function with orbital movement ;
• Exposure function with UVA tubes ;
• Drying function with three drawers ;
• Finishing function with UVC tubes.

The plate is fixed face down on the plate holder for washout. Relief is obtained by orbital movement of the plate over a brush frame.

Tank is stainless steel made.

The exposure drawer is equipped with vacuum sheet to hold the plate.

The drying drawers have a control of temperature.

Light finishing is obtained with UVC tubes and helps to eliminate the stickiness of plates.

A filtration unit is available on option.
