The Bragernes BM-1005 Base Rewinder was developed and perfected over a number of years. Today Bragernes uses the latest PLC technology to control paper length and machine functions. Equipped with the optional Core feeder and cardboard sheet feeder it is the most flexible and reliable small roll converting machine available.

The Bragernes BM-1005 Base Rewinder can convert paper from 25 to 120 gr/m2 as well as plastic material from 25- 75 micron.

The Bragernes BM-1005 Base Rewinder is controlled from a central touch screen panel. The control panel provides alarms and error messages as well as fault diagnosis. Also included is a production monitoring system showing a diagram of the production speed over a selected period of time. As an option the machine can be connected to a printer or a PC to collect production data. Bragernes machinery is built to the highest safety standards.
