Eco Gravure Cylinder Production System　 New FX

16m x 10m of area needed for operation, which is half the size of FX-80, the previous model.

New FX is operated by MMI which all the data you need is inputted.
You may use smart phone to access MMI for its real time operation.
One to two operators needed to produce 60 to 80 cylinders per 24h (8 hours of working plus 16 hours of robot operation,)
Maximum of 64 cylinders can be placed at stock unit.

At B Zone, Cu, Cr, Developing, Etching, Cleaning are in operation.
Sharing data with A Zone Robot, access of cylinder is planned speedy.

By moving anodes automatically depended on cylinder size at Cr and Cu,
power needed is cut in half compared with FX-80, the previous model.
