Countron AT is capable of counting up to 400g/m2 paper, which may be so attractive for any card producers counting and separating cards and etc. on each batch. New counting system prevents any damages on corner and realizes high-speed counting up to 1,500 sheets per minute with tab insertion.

Counting finished items means saving double counting process before and after cutting and Inserting tab tape into finished items means vain labor to separate items every batch, which are directly relating to saving costs, time and keeping accurate numbers.

Specialized for folding A4 size papers into 4 folding patterns with automatic setting.

Users can easily set folding patterns just by turning the one-touch setting knob to fit the desired folding pattern, eliminating the need for troublesome manual setting. In UCHIDA Tapit-W series, there are 3 models varying according to the tape width. 30mm width tape is available on a model Tapit-WII which is world standard tape width.
20mm width tape is available on Tapit-WS which is mainly for electrical parts semiconductor, label printer etc.
50mm width tape is available on Tapit-50W is mainly used by food manufacturers as well as users who prefer to print on the bundling tape.

All kind tapes, Kraft paper tape, White paper tape, Film tape and Magic tape which is possible to cut at anywhere on tape are available to use on all models without any options and settings.
