Established in Shanghai in 1995, Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co., Ltd. is the pioneer in manufacturing large format automatic flat bed diecutting & creasing machine for corrugated industry in China.

Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co., Ltd. is made up of 13 segments: Operation Headquarter, Research & Development Centre (R&D), Production Management Centre (PMC), Financial Management Centre (FMC), Material Planning and Purchasing Management Centre (MPMC), Sales & Service Management Centre (SSMC), Human Resource Management Centre (HRMC), Import & Export Department, Eternal Factory (Specialized in manufacturing large format flat bed diecutting & creasing machine for corrugated board and other corrugated paper board peripheral equipment), Eterna Factory (Specialized in manufacturing flat bed diecutting & creasing machine for cardboard and foil stamping machine), Taeyong Eterna Factory (Specialized in manufacturing folding & gluing machine), Parts Machining Shop and EDF Europe S.R.L. In 2009, we have altogether 362 employees with 31 (8.6%) R & D engineers and boast an annual capacity of over 250 machines among which more than 50% are exported throughout the world. Over years of development, we have set up two modern facilities, including the one located in Shanghai Jiading Anting Automobile Industrial Park with 20,000 square meters, and now we are building the third modern plant. After its completion, we will have altogether 45,000 square meters’ plant area and have grown into an entity incorporating full line of research and development, manufacturing, assembling and pre-sale consultation, as well as post-sale service capability.
