Seiko I Infotech Inc. (SIIT) was established in 2000 through the integration of information-related business divisions at Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII). 　SII, as a wholly owned subsidiary of SEIKO Holdings Corporation (SHD), has become a member of SHD Group as of October 1, 2009.
