Starting off as a manufacturer of bag making machines in 1963, Fu-Kuang has distinguished itself as a premier supplier of rotogravure and flexographic printing presses. The founder of the company, Mr. Chi-Chung Yu, began his career as a shrimper and hawker in his teenage years, and turned to a technician of pedal-powered generator factory, where he learned electrical and mechanical engineering. He also learned several musical instruments, and hence once he almost became a musician in a funeral parlour. However, his interest and passion in mechanical engineering did not wane, leading him to carry out pioneering work on the converting and printing industry in Taiwan. We have come a long way since 1963, moving from bag making to CI flexo printing, from analog to digital, aligning our products closely with the needs of modern printing industry. As a leading company in the industry, naturally it turned out to be a training school of directing technicians for the converting and printing industry in Taiwan. The company's first rotogravure printing press was developed in 1966, and it was the first in Taiwan to succeed in developing CI flexographic printing presses. The philosophy has been providing reliable and durable printing presses at the most cost-effective pricing. Our customers can be found in Taiwan, Japan, Russia, Middle-East, European, and American countries. Water-based ink contains little or no hazardous wastes. Hence, while maintaining and improving its tradition in gravure printing, Fu-Kuang has initiated a series of improvement plans for the quality, efficiency and user-friendliness of flexographic printing press. Through continuous improvement and craftsmanship, we work as a team to deliver quality products and services to our customers. |
