Flexo Wash ApS is a Danish company specialized in environmentally friendly cleaning of production equipment for the graphic industry. We originate from a label printer so consequently at first our equipment was mainly aimed at this industry, but today we also sell cleaning equipment increasingly for the packaging industries world wide.

The products are distributed through our subsidiaries in USA, UK, Latin America, Asia and France whereas the rest of the world is served from our head office in Denmark or through our worldwide net of agents.

Our range of products consists of fully automatic anilox roll cleaners for daily cleaning as well as regular deep cleaning of anilox and gravure cylinders, automatic washing systems for daily cleaning of ink trays, chambers. as well as specially designed washing equipment for rotary screens, Sleeves and other parts.

Environmentally Friendly Cleaning of Anilox Rolls and Gravure Zylinders

The fully automatic Anilox Roll Cleaners clean rolls and cylinders without any wear and tear and also minimize the pollution and the amount of work. The range of products consists of machines for rollers from 150 mm up to 3800 mm, but the cleaning of larger rollers is also possible.

At Drupa our newest development in the cleaning of Gravure cylinders.

Cleaning of Sleeves

In the automatic Sleeve Washers it is possible to clean from 1 to 6 sleeves simultaniously. The Sleeves are cleaned by means of cleaning liquid, soft brushes, rinse with water and air blow.

Cleaning of Trays, Chambers etc.

This part of the process is performed by a cleaning system washing the press parts in heated cleaning liquid and then rinsing with hot water. The combined washing system is produced in various dimensions from 800 x 600 mm to 3000 x 1700 mm depending on customer needs.

Furthermore, one of the novelties at Drupa 2008 is a Parts Washing system for quick and efficient wash of many large press parts.

All units work with environmentally friendly cleaning liquids circulating in a closed-circuit system, and all systems can be customized to fit the needs of every individual printer. However, it is also possible to produce the Parts Washing units ATEX-proof so they can clean with solvents.

We offer a high level of service ensuring a safe operation of the units.

A close attention to the working environment and safety apply to all our equipment. Furthermore the gathering of waste water is simplified and reduced to a minimum. We often assist our customers with solutions regarding waste water treatment.
