The company starts in 1970 in San Matteo della Decima - Bologna - Italy the development of its business by producing ever more successful curved plywood shells and rotary steel rules.

In 1991, with the aim of improving quality and service to the Customer, the Company undertakes the completion of the production cycle, from killing of the trunk, to the manufacture of plywood, till the manufacture of the final cylinders / shells.

On the foundations of design talent and experience, nowadays of nearly forty years, is built the product range, constantly and continually improved and expanded.
